TACTICAL WATCH REPORT

Start Here!: Do you want to know how much money you are leaving on the table? then this is the tool for you! The Tactical Watch Report allows you to navigate your company to success and profitability.  We use your company’s historical financial data to determine the theoretical optimal profitability, fixed cost capacity and super profitability

Optimal Profitability:  The maximum profit that could have been achieved in a fiscal period if the company performed at its maximum efficiency in all expense categories.

Fixed Cost Capacity: The theoretical maximum revenue that a company can generate without adding to its fixed cost.

Super Profitability:  The optimal profits that a company will realize when operating at its optimal level and producing revenue at the fixed cost capacity.  This represents the theoretical maximum profits a company can realize when operating at its fixed cost capacity.

What you will receive: You will receive a detailed report showing your company’s optimal profitability, fixed cost capacity and super profitability and a break down of the expense and cost accounts that need to be controlled to allow you to achieve these goals.

You will also receive an approximation of the revenue required for your business to break even and the approximate date your company should achieve break even revenue.

Added Bonus:  As an additional bonus you will receive an optimal break even analysis detailing the break even revenue and annual break even date if your company achieves its optimal profitability.

COMMAND WATCH REPORT

the Command Watch Report allows you to chart your company’s course to your ultimate exit strategy with our business valuation tool.  We use your company’s historical financial data to determine the theoretical value of your company.  This, non-certified report compares your company with industry specific historic sales data to determine the Asset Value, Equity Value, Enterprise Value and Liquidation Value of your company.

Asset Value:  Includes inventory/supplies, fixed assets and all intangible assets. Excludes all liquid financial assets and all liabilities. Buyer operates from newly formed legal entity.

Equity Value: Includes Asset Value plus liquid financial assets less all liabilities. Involves the full transfer of the legal entity including all account balances and current tax
attributes.

Enterprise Value: Includes Equity Value plus all debt and minority interests.

Liquidation Value:  Value of all tangible assets at “fire sale” prices.

What you will receive: You will receive a customized report showing your company’s estimated fair market value and liquidation value under relevant transaction conditions.  In addition, you will be provided with metrics known as Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and an indication of how your company is performing compared to industry norms (Outperforming, Meeting Industry Average or Under performing)

READINESS REPORT

If you know your tactical and strategic financial objectives but you don’t know why you aren’t reaching them the problem could be your team isn’t ready to execute your plan.  The Readiness Report measures your team’s “Stress Quotient”  This assessment and subsequent report determines whether or not the stress in your office is hampering productivity and killing your profitability.

This revolutionary stress assessment examines seven different types of stress in individuals; Demand; Effort/Reward; Control; Organizational Change; Manager/Supervisor; Social Support and Job Security.

After everyone within a work group or organization completes the Stress Quotient assessment the results are combined and examined for  group as a whole.  I then determine if your organization is experiencing detrimental stress and in which area(s).

You can choose to address these items on your own or I can develop a customized  tactical plan for you.

JOB BENCHMARKING

Great leaders build great teams.  Job Benchmarking ensures you acquire the talent necessary for success while eliminating common biases often associated with the hiring process.  Job Benchmarking is a unique and effective solution because it benchmarks the job, not the person.  This interactive process and job assessment allows you to create a profile of behaviors, driving forces and competencies required by the job and then compare

Up to five (5) Subject Matter Experts (SME) participate in a facilitated meeting to develop the Key Accountabilities for the job.  These SMEs are current employees that are either doing the job or interact directly with the person performing this job.  After developing the position’s key accountabilities, the SME then complete an on-line job questionnaire for the position.

The individual job questionnaires are combined into a single multi-respondent report that becomes the Job Benchmark.
